CANCELLATION PLAN - 7% OF THE RENTAL AMOUNT WITH A MINIMUM OF 120,00€.
Cancellation Plan allows you to deal with the various unforeseen events that may occur before your departure and allows you to obtain reimbursement of the costs incurred for your trip, regardless of the reason for cancellation. If the amount of your trip is high and your departure date is far away, it is strongly recommended that you take out this type of coverage. The “Cancellation Plan" option must be subscribed and paid at the time of the booking. It comes into effect on the date it is taken out and terminates 48H before pick-up date.
✔ Reimbursement of cancellation costs invoiced by your travel organiser due to any reason WITHOUT CAUSE WITHOUT PROOF.
✔ An excess : 30% of the value of the loss with a minimum of €120 per rent.

24/7 SUPPORT - 8,00€ PER DAY
Whatever the problem (breakdown of an on-board device), whatever the hour or the day, AVIS explore Assistance answers you and organizes your breakdown service, in France and everywhere in the authorized countries. AVIS explore Assistance, managed by professional motorhomes users, makes appointments for you with authorized repairers, helps you by phone for small incidents, and assists you, advises you for the rest of your trip.
All customers have access to standard support during normal office hours.
WINDSCREEN DAMAGE WAIVER - ALL VEHICLES : 6,50€ PER DAY (COMFORT CLASS A : 15,00€ PER DAY)
With WDW you are waived of any liability for accidental damage to the motorhome glass (cabin only, excludes mirrors)
UNLIMITED MILEAGE - 20% OF THE RENTAL AMOUNT WITH A MINIMUM OF 250,00€.

An additional driver is offered to you when you reserve your vehicle, without extra charge.But maybe you're a team player! With this option, you can add a 3rd additional driver. Additional drivers are subject to the same general conditions as the main driver and are insured under the same rental agreement. It is then up to you to decide on the driving tours.

AVIS explore has a wide range of baby and child seats so that the youngest members of your family can be comfortably seated. We provide you with baby seats adapted to the age, weight and morphology of each of your children. The child seat is recommended for children from 6 months to 4 years (9-18 kg). 3-point belt, facing the road (no Isofix system).
