There are several ways you can make a booking.

• You may click the "Reservation online" and submit your request. This is the easiest way.
• You may contact your travel counselor.

The easiest way is to go to the Quote section of our website and make your selection. It will list all the applicable charges, etc...

Usually our depots can be reached by public transports or more easily by taxi. Optional private transfers from designated areas can be arranged upon request.

Vehicle pick up is between 09.00 and 11.30 and 14.00 and 17:00 depending on vehicle readiness. Please allow 1-2 hours for pick up procedures.
Note that our offices are closed for lunch between 12.00 (or 12.30) and 14.00.

Our motorhomes are equipped with :

• toilet chemicals
• 2 bottles of propane gas (one full, the other one in use) -- (Adventure Combi Van are not delivered with gas)
• water hose and / or jerrycan
• 1 electric cord + European adapter
• brush + dustpan
• 1 bilingual User's Manual
• Kitchen items (plates, glasses, cutlery, crockery – Please note that these items are complimentary and we encourage all our customers to check upon departure if they have enough inventory as we try to adapt to their needs.

Safety equipment :

• 1 fire extinguisher
• 1 warning triangle (be aware that some European countries require 2 triangles)
• 1 set of spare fuses and bulbs
• 1 high visibility jacket

Optional bedding kit includes blankets, sheets, pillow and towels. Additionally there may be other items such as chairs, baby seats, etc. which may be rented depending upon availability.

• If you cancel more than 45 days before departure : 120€ cancellation fee. The rest of the money paid will be refunded
• If you cancel between 16 and 45 days before departure : Money paid will be kept in the limit of 30% of the original booking. 
• Finally if you cancel 15 days or less before departure :  the full amount of the booking is kept.

When selecting the cancellation option, you get special conditions :

• If you cancel more than 45 days before departure : 120€ cancellation fee. The rest of the money paid will be refunded
• If you cancel between 48 hours and 45 days before departure : only the amount of the cancellation option is kept. 
• Last but not least, If you cancel less than 48 hours before departure, the full amount is due.

Please note that in some cases a modification request less than 46 days before departure may be considered as a cancellation request, our detailed GTC can be downloaded here 

Yes, luggage storage is available at all our locations. It's also possible to leave valuables such as flight tickets.
Not applicable in case of One-Way rental.

Our location staff will be happy to provide you with this information.

You will receive a full orientation of the motorhome, including client's maintenance use and responsibility. Orientation consists of a video in English introducing general concepts of motorhome use as well as a personal instructional walk around of motorhome by a qualified instructor. Operator manual is provided for clients to take with them in English and French.

Yes, pets are allowed.

While gas mileage varies greatly depending on travel conditions, the following is an approximate guide:

• Class A : 10-20 litres/100 km
• Class B : 10-15 litres/100 km
• Van : 8-12 Litres/100 km

A full resident country drivers license, held for a least 3 years, is to be presented at the time of rental.

In order to be valid, it must be written in French or accompanied by an official French translation or a valid International Driving licence.

Please check regulations for the countries you are planning on visiting.

No, you do not need any special drivers license to drive a motorhome. All our vehicles are less than 3500 kg and can be driven with a normal license.

Travel to Eastern Europe is limited to Poland, Hungary, Czech Rep., Slovakia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Croatia and Slovenia. Travel to other Eastern Europe countries is not allowed and not covered by our insurance.

Travel to Albania, Kosovo, Bosnia, Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Bulgaria, Romania, Ukraine, Belarus is not allowed and not covered by our insurance.

Modern motorhomes handle very much like a car and have enough power that they accelerate as quickly as many cars.

Connecting the motorhome to campsite facilities requires no technical expertise. You will receive instruction on these connections at the time of pick up.

All our motorhomes are powered by DIESEL engines.

Yes. Some categories are available with automatic transmission

The refrigerator, heater, water heater, stove and range operate on propane gas. The dash air conditioner is powered by the engine while driving and other items by an outside 230V power supply.

There are approximately 3,000 campgrounds in the France. Sites can be found outside major cities, in rural areas, and near popular attractions.

Campground facilities vary greatly dependant on many factors, however a partial list of facilities commonly found at many campgrounds would include: electric and water, washing machines and dryers, swimming pools, recreation rooms, playgrounds, and on-site convenience stores.
How much can I expect to pay per night for a campsite?
Campground rates vary based upon time of year, facilities, and location. Based upon these criteria you can expect to pay between 15 € and 40 € per night.

In some seasons and at some locations it may be necessary to make advance reservations. This is especially true during high season travel and at very popular tourist destinations.

We do not provide any maps, but the information is easily available online, on dedicated websites and apps. We also sell Michelin guides listing all campgrounds in France
