CGV/CGU BOX CAMPER EXPERIENCE
 

1. Preamble

The present General Conditions constitute the agreement between the Buyer or the User and Home Camper SAS concerning the Box Camper Experience (hereafter, the "box" or the "HomeCamper Box") that you have purchased or received. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using your box.

These particular conditions of sale are in strict compliance with the regulations in force and apply to any reservation made on the HomeCamper platform via the HomeCamper Box from March 15th 2022.

2. Definitions

The HomeCamper Box (Box Camper Experience) refers to the gift box offered by Home Camper SAS.

The beneficiary is the person who uses the HomeCamper Box and consumes the service.

The partner is an establishment present in the box. It is selected by Home Camper SAS for its suitability with the company, and provides the service to the beneficiary.

The service represents the 5 nights offered via the gift card in the box.

The client refers to the person buying the HomeCamper box. He can also be the beneficiary of the gift box.

3. Elements that make up the box

The HomeCamper Box is composed of the following elements:

• The cardboard box (format: 283 x 365mm) containing the gift card "5 nights discovery" and its card holder
• Card holder with instructions and QR code (size: 210 x 150mm)
• 5 Night Discovery" gift card (size: 85 x 54mm)
• HomeCamper flyer (A5 format)
• Lemonade box (wood/steel)

4. Conditions of use of the gift card

The " 5 nights discovery " gift card is valid in one or more times within the limit of the value of its content (up to 23€ offered per night and for 5 nights maximum).

It can also be used in addition to another payment method.

It cannot be resold, exchanged or reimbursed; and its validity period is 3 years (beyond this date, we invite you to contact the HomeCamper team for more information).

5. Duration of validity

The HomeCamper Box is valid for a limited period of time: the expiry date is indicated on the back of the gift card, below the code to use.

After this date, please contact the HomeCamper team.

6. Client's responsibility

It is the Client's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the personal information provided when booking on HomeCamper via the gift card in the box.

7. Non-use of the box

In case of non-use of the benefits related to the HomeCamper Box and therefore the gift card before the expiration date, no refund will be possible.
